This document is updated version of Billing Policy effective from (Month Date Year) by Tasksbay’s. You will be notified if any new version is made available.

There may be small difference every month for a couple of dimes depending on the exchange price with the Indian Rupee. Tasksbay will ensure that you are not overcharged even for small amount.

There is a small note on credit cards and charges coming out of India: Banks have a tendency to block charges that arise out of India as a matter of course. This is due to the measure of high fraudulent transactions coming out of India and this is followed to safeguard your credit card. Yet, this do have a effect on legal organizations such as us. While we do attempt to use or charge your credit card, there is chance of about a 20% and 60% that your credit card might get blocked on any given day.

You can have a discussion with your bank amount not to block charges coming out of India, but that still may not fix the entire problem. In the case that we are unable to obtain the amount, we will fall back on PayPal and use them. For more details go through the Billing Process below.

Normal Billing Process

  • Tasksbay will bill the monthly charges in advance on or ealier than 5th of every month. For instance, you will be billed on or before the 5th of April for your upcoming April usage, as well as for any extra hours (exceeding the plan hours) you used in March.
  • Bills will be sent by the 15th for all charges made by the 5th. For any delayed billing, it will be sent within a week.
  • In case, if you have put in a request for a monthly invoice before we charge you, the same shall be sent across to you by email before the 5th of the month.
  • If for any reason your payment does not go through on the first try, then our billing team shall make three more try to charge your credit card, on the 8th, 9th and 10th of the month respectively. In any case that we are not able to gain your payment by the 10th of the month for any reason, a Paypal invoice will be sent through email for payment.
  • At this point, it is the responsibility of the client to make the payment at the earliest either by means of credit card card payment on Paypal or through other way. We understand that there may be certain things that are beyond your control and that you may require some administrative time to arrange this payment to reach us. Subsequently we will retain working on your tasks till the 12th of the month.
  • Our billing department will send you a reminder / warning notice about cancellation of membership and there will be temporary stoppage of service, if the payment is not recieved by the 12th of the month.
  • In the extreme case that your payment is not recieved by the 15th of the month, the membership plan will be automatically cancelled. but, you will still be liable to pay for usage already incurred (if there are any).
  • If you want to reelect your membership with Tasksbay, you can do it within 15 days provided dues are settled (if any) and a refundable deposit of one month’s billing (as per the plan) is paid in advance earlier than we commence the service. This refundable deposit shall be in addition to the monthly fee that must be paid on or earlier than the 5th of the month. On lapse of this period your membership details will be automatically destroyed and you will need to sign up freshly if you want to apply the Tasksbay service once again.
  • If you have any concerns or queries about billing, it will be resolved within 10 working by the billing department.

  • In case your upgrade or downgrade occurs in the middle of a billing process, your next month's invoice might be prorated appropriately. Due notice can be required on every upgrade / downgrade request. Please refer your user manual for more details or please contact your Relationship Executive.
  • If you are changing or updating your credit card records, please contact our billing department. Do not e-mail or give your card details on phone to any person at Tasksbay.
  • In case you cancel your membership and your date of cancellation is in the middle of a billing process, your last month's invoice could be prorated appropriately. If there are not any pending dues, your membership form will be destroyed and all credit card data will be removed from our system. Due notice can be required on every cancellation request.
